Wisconsin's Digital Library (eBooks and Audiobooks from OverDrive).

Explore our state-wide digital library, with over 50,000 ebook and 18,000 audiobook titles. Login with your InfoSoup Library card and PIN. Works with any modern web browser and most tablets and phones. Apple, Android, and Windows Apps available. View the OverDrive Help page to learn more.

RB digital Audiobooks

RB Digital Audiobooks (formerly OneClickdigital) provides access to more than 6000 audiobook titles published by Recorded Books. Most titles are always available and require no holds or waiting lists. Apps are available for most mobile devices as well as desktop and laptop computers.

To get started, register for an account on the RBdigital site. Passwords must be at least 7 digits long, and contain both letters and numbers. Once you have an account set up, visit the RBdigital Help Page to find the app for your computer or mobile device, or visit the app store on your device and search for RBdigital.

Please note, when registering your app, you will be asked to select your Country, State and then you will be prompted to "Begin typing the name of your library." Start typing owlsnet and select "Outagamie Waupaca Library System - Owlsnet" as your library.

RB digital Magazines Collection

RB digital magazines (formerly Zinio for Libraries) provides access to over 135 full-color digital magazines for anytime, anywhere reading on computers and mobile devices. Our collection of popular digital magazines includes both new and backlist titles with no holds, no checkout periods, and no limits.

Use the RBdigital web site and app (and same login) for RBdigital magazines, audiobooks, artistworks, and IndieFlix.

TumbleBook Library

TumbleBook Library are animated, talking picture books that have been created from existing picture books from well-known publishers and authors and converted to the TumbleBook format. From outside a library all you need is your library card number to use TumbleBooks.

Apple and Android apps for TumbleBooks are available. When you login the first time, select Library then enter Country and State and then tap Next.For Library, Select InfoSoup Libraries/Outagamie Waupaca Library System and then entry your library card number without spaces. Do not log out when you are done.

ArtistWorks (RB digital)

ArtistWorks for Libraries provides world-class instruction through self-paced video lessons from Grammy Award-winning music and artistic professionals.  

Use the RBdigital web site and app (and same login) for RBdigital magazines, audiobooks, artistworks, and IndieFlix.

IndieFlix (RB digital)

IndieFlix provides access to over 8,000 high-quality shorts, features, documentaries, classic TV shows and Web series from 85 countries, 2,500 film festivals, and the top film schools.

Available on RB Digital App, or on your television through Applet TV, Roku, and Fire TV.  Use the RBdigital app and same login for RBdigital magazines, audiobooks, Artistworks, and Indieflix.


ComicsPlus provides unlimited access to thousands of digital graphic novels and comics. view titles through your Web browser on any computer, tablet or smartphone with an Internet connection, or use the iOS Mobile App for iPad or iPhone.

Use your RB digital login or create a new account for ComicsPlus.


OnePlay makes available hundreds of popular online games for PC/Android devices. Login with your RB digital username and password or create a new RB digital account. With your RB digital login you can then create a free account with OnePlay. From there you will need to download the PC app or Android app. Games are not checked out on the web site.
