We believe Shoutbomb issues have been resolved. If you have previously signed up for the service, please text mycards to 833 403 0523 to confirm if your library card is registered with the service. You can also text hl to see if you have any items on hold and mybooks to see what items you have checked out.

We continue to get reports from users not getting their text notifications about library materials. We are working with the vendor to try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Until the problem is resolved, we recommend also getting email notices and checking your account online regularly to see if material is available or due to return. We apologize for the inconvenience.
